The Surfrider Foundation branch on the Sunshine Coast looks after from Caloundra – Noosa and on to Double Island Point. The team are extremely dedicated to keeping this part of the coast pristine and also hold their own event – Paddle Against Plastic. An awesome way of getting out in nature whilst cleaning up the waste that is often found.

They hold their annual beach clean up event on the stunning Noosa North Shore. It’s a great weekend where you have the opportunity to join this epic organisation for just a day or even the whole weekend! Bring your tent along if you’re wanting to spend the weekend up on the shore and remember to pack those beers! Beach cleaning is thirsty work 😉

When you join one of our Beach Cleans Ups you are helping our small business give back to our community and the precious island we all love so much. Your donation to the event is spent entirely on the event. Due to the nature of the location of this event, there are considerable costs involved. We donate the exclusive use of our beautiful Beach Camp on Fraser Island, arrange live music and devote our time to hosting such an amazing event and we thank you for helping us cover the food, transport, fuel and ferry costs.
